This page only contains pictures that I've printed or planning to do so, i.e. the most important ones: memorable photos with friends, random moments of life, something connected to emotions I'd like to preserve, and some favorite paintings. Instead of sharing for likes and comments, I started uploading outside of social media, for myself, which brought more mindfulness to my life. I no longer take pictures of everything, but only rare snapshots, savoring the moment.

"The longest nights" — My student years were full of pleasant but rare winter nights when I took her home, but ended up staying late. I lived far away, and as I walked back, I used to stop to look at random windows with lights still on; with somebody sitting up late at night, apparently listening to old songs like we did.

"Morning walk from Maseri" — I was welcomed to spend the night in a small village after a long journey. In the morning I traveled onward with a backpack full of food, no maps and no phone. I was overjoyed and felt like I was in a fantasy adventure game.

"Me gusta el viento" — Life by the sea, lazy summer days and reggae filled us with dreams of great things to come.

"The shadow meets Göbeklitepe" — I was walking through the deserted hills on this hot day, realizing I was a speck of dust in the vastness of space. I wish I could be the wind, a quiet wind somewhere in the mountains.

"The day I went to the sea" — I got my diploma and went on a trip the same day, full of adventurous spirit, with almost no money. The sun was shining gently that morning.

"A place from a dream" — I was looking for berries and came across a place I had dreamed about many times.

"Syrian border" — Here I was greeted with Kurdish hospitality, mesmerizing desert landscapes, shepherds and ancient sites.

"Horses of Altai" — It was a long solo hike along the main highway of the Altai Republic. I walked 30-40 kilometers a day, sometimes going off the road into the mountains.

"Tbi gang" — Some of the funniest days of my life were spent with guys I met in a hostel in Tbilisi.

"Eyüp" — You think you can understand Zen without losing everything?

"Grunge" — "Fear and loathing in Adjara"

"Forgotten trail to Becho" — The day I stayed alone far away in the mountains, met bears and experienced a genuine connection with nature.

"We have come to see the stars again" — "Into that hidden passage my guide and I entered, to find again the world of light, and, without thinking of a moment’s rest, we climbed up, he first and I behind him, far enough to see, through a round opening, a few of those fair things the heavens bear. Then we came forth, to see again the stars." — Dante's Inferno, Canto XXXIV

"The will" — There is unimaginable power in the hands of man.

"Sen voima virtaa verissäsi" — The day we were walking through snowdrifts and blizzard into the woods far away, my girlfriend and I were entranced by Finnish and Icelandic black metal. Living in cold Siberia was the most closed-off episode of my life: I distanced from everyone except my soulmate, and spent several years meditating and writing diaries.

"Farewell to Batumi" — Everyone from our commune had left, and I remained alone. I spent the last day in the city doing nothing, and walked along the beach to catch a car somewhere, then went to Tbilisi. It was a warm, wonderful day.
